Shipping is free on Velor orders delivered within Australia. No minimum spend.

Once your order is placed, we prepare it for dispatch. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your purchase is complete.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. If you have a question about when your order will arrive, get in touch.

When your order is dispatched, we’ll email your shipping confirmation to the address used at checkout, along with tracking details where available.

If your order:

• Has not arrived
• Has incorrect tracking information
• Arrived damaged
• Contains an incorrect item
