• What is the minimum opening order?

  The minimum opening order is 10 Velor Recovery 2KG bags.

• What is the wholesale price?

  The wholesale price is $24 per 2KG bag.

• What is the recommended retail price?

  The recommended retail price is $39 per 2KG bag. At the standard $24 wholesale price, this represents $15 gross profit per bag when sold at the recommended retail price.

• Am I locked into a contract?

  No. There are no ongoing contracts or subscription requirements. After your opening order, reorder whenever you need.

• Do you deliver?

  Sydney delivery is available. Larger-volume and interstate requirements can be discussed directly with Velor.

• Do you work with businesses outside Sydney?

  Yes. Sydney partners have access to local delivery, while interstate and larger-volume requirements can be discussed directly with Velor.

• Can I reorder as needed?

  Yes. There are no ongoing minimum order commitments. Partners can reorder Velor as required.

• Can my team try Velor before recommending it?

  Tester product may be available for your team. Let us know what you need when submitting your partnership enquiry.

• Do you provide marketing and sales material?

  Yes. Velor can provide approved product imagery, brand assets, product information and sales support. Custom partner-specific sales assets can also be created on request.

• Can Velor create custom material for our business?

  Yes. Where appropriate, we can create custom Velor sales assets tailored to your business, including digital promotional graphics and in-facility collateral.

• Can I place a larger-volume order?

  Yes. Contact Velor directly to discuss larger-volume requirements.

• What if there is an issue with a product?

  Contact Velor directly and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
