The Evening Reset
The evening reset is the single most underrated tool in recovery. Done well, it earns back hours of sleep quality.

The sequence
- Shower off the session.
- Twenty-minute magnesium soak.
- Light dinner, protein and slow carbs.
- Lights down, phone away.
- One page of a book, then bed.
Why this order
Each step lowers activation by a notch. Skipping any one of them is fine. Skipping three turns the evening into another waking hour.
Stack the cues. Trust the routine.
