The Sunday Reset System
A simple Sunday system that turns the week ahead from a guess into a plan.

Body
Long soak, easy mobility, an early bed. Begin Monday with the tank full, not the tank empty.
Routine
Look at the week. Mark training days. Mark recovery anchors next to them. Plan meals around sessions, not around appetite.
Environment
Kit packed. Soak supplies stocked. Bedroom set for sleep. Remove every small piece of friction before Monday morning.
The week is decided on Sunday evening.
